How billing works
- 115-day free trial. Full access from the day your dealership is set up. No payment details are collected to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
- 2A pro-rated first invoice. When the trial ends we bill only for the remaining days of that calendar month — calculated as ₹5,000÷ days in the month × days remaining, plus GST. You never pay for time you did not have.
- 3Then ₹5,900 on the 1st of each month, in advance, covering that calendar month. Invoices are emailed with a payment link. You can pay each invoice individually, or authorize auto-pay (UPI AutoPay, e-NACH or card) so it settles automatically.
What counts as one subscription?
One showroom = one admin panel = one subscription. A dealership operating a second showroom receives a separate admin panel and is billed as a second subscription, even when both showrooms share the same GSTIN. Group dealerships can request a single consolidated invoice covering all their showrooms.
Payments, taxes & cancellation
- We accept UPI, UPI AutoPay, e-NACH, credit and debit cards, net banking and bank transfer.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Displayed prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at invoicing and shown separately on your tax invoice.
- Subscriptions are prepaid. Billing is aligned to the calendar month, so periods never drift.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
- The launch offer is a limited-period promotion. Should it end, existing subscribers will be notified in writing at least 30 days before any change to their rate.
